12th Dec 2016

Good evening Ladies & gents,

Online Booking System

As most of you know I have been working on an online booking system ready to go live for January. I am confident this will make booking classes much easier for you as you won't need to wait for a reply, and it will make more time for me to focus on training and class plans making our classes even more fun and exciting! :D

I am pleased to tell you we are almost there and hope to have the system running on 21st/22nd December, giving you plenty of time to book your January classes.

As our memberships/pricing are completely unique to our studio we have had to make this work with their online system so here's what will happen:

You will receive an email from TeamUp with the link to our classes, register your account following the link.

If you are on a membership, your membership will be already added to your account. I need to know in advance which payment date you would prefer: 1st or 15th?

If you are pay as you go, you can go ahead and book Group & Stretch classes.

If you are booking a private lesson the price will come up as £25 for 1 person so go ahead if you are just booking a 1 person private. However if booking a 2 person private I will need to manually update the price to £30 for the first purchase. After the first purchase you can re-purchase at that price again.

The system is easy to use and I'm confident you won't have any problems, if you do please get in touch :)

For new customers, we are almost at full capacity so please get in touch via our contact page if you wish to join us in the new year.

Memberships/Payments throughout December

We are now in our last week before we close for Xmas. If you are on a membership you will receive a text with your membership date and any outstanding payments you may need to make for December. Thank you in advance if you have already made your payments for December, the text will confirm so we are all on the same page.

Our suppliers have confirmed hoodie delivery will be on 21st December, they are experiencing high volumes for delivery in time for Xmas. When they arrive I will contact everyone who has bought one to arrange pick up.

Thank you!

I would just like to take the time to say a massive thank you to you all for what has been an incredible year at Apsara Dance!
